After sixteen and a half years on the mission field in Brazil, Wanda and I returned to the USA, but we felt that God still wanted us involved in missions. Some of those with whom we had partnered in volunteer missions also sensed the Lord's leading. Through much encouragement and support, we joined efforts and Global Encouragers Ministries, Inc., was formed in September of 2004. We are excited about what the LORD has done so far in the Pantanal region of Brazil and even more excited about the future.

Global Encouragers Ministries exists to ensure that ALL believers, Great Commission Churches, and those interested in putting feet to their prayers have the opportunity to answer their call to missions. In our multi-ministry mission trip approach, each one is encouraged to use his or her gifts, talents, and resources to be personally involved in expanding the kingdom of GOD, sharing the love of JESUS CHRIST, and encouraging believers and churches.
